Q: Do you ship outside of Montreal?
A: Yes, we now ship across Canada. 


Q: Why are your prices higher than the competition?
A: We want to provide a quality product to our clients and do not carry any inventory.  We work on each system individually from start to end.  We like everyone are in the business of making a fair profit for the products and services we offer.


Q: Why should I buy from you?
A: Quality, it is a fact that most ready-built systems, particularly at the lower-end of the market, include parts of low quality.  Typical examples are monitors and power supply units.  Custom built PCs allow you to choose good quality components that will give you a more reliable and longer lasting computer.


Q: How long is your warranty on systems/parts?
A: Our warranty policy is 2 weeks from date of purchase with your official sales invoice.  This is pretty much standard in the Montreal area.  However most computer manufacturers have warranties up to one year by dealing directly with them.


Q: Do you offer other services besides computer sales/repairs?
A: Yes, we do custom consulting based on your needs.  Email us with your specifications and we will quote you with a flat rate price or hourly rate depending on the size, complexity and nature of your request.
